The Sicky Chicky

This is what she looked like yesterday, she had a bit of a fever and had been up most of the night before throwing up. She didn't even leave the couch but two or three times all day yesterday.
This morning she got up and got herself ready for school because they started MEA's today and she didn't want to miss any of the test. HOLY COW!!!! I don't know about any of you but any chance I had to stay home from school, especially during standardized testing, I was all over it!
I really don't know where she got her goodytwoshoeness from, certainly NOT me. :D

Hope she's feeling better, but how could she leave such a comfortable, cozy, looking bed! Even sick, she looks so sweet.

That's great! I wish I would've had some of that willpower growing up....I used to play hooky in kindergarten!! LOL
(my friend and I skipped all the time... we would just go to the park instead!)

Love the cloud of pink she's in, looks perfectly smooshy and comfy.

Poor girl. But that's great she got up to go to school. Good sign of work ethic to go when you know it's important and you don't feel good. Way to go mom. The colors in these pics are beautiful.

With all the pressure they put on the kids with the MEAs latey, she probably thought she'd have to face a firing squad if she didn't show up! My DD used to stress out that her teacher would get fired if they didn't do well on the MEAs. WTH are they telling them? Hope Lilia's better soon!

Oh gosh...poor little baby! She doesn't look like she feels well at all. Seriously though...I would skip those things even when I wasn't sick!

I had to go to school on test days too, I was such a nerd! That is a great trait to have :)
